From the very beginning, our vision for Bâtard has been to create something entirely different from our sister restaurant next door. While Chez Jolie embraces the elegance of a refined bistro wrapped in soft fabrics, Bâtard proudly stands with its own identity – one that’s not meant to echo Jolie’s, but to complement it through contrast.

“Our dinner at Bâtard far exceeded our expectations. Exceptionally well-cooked food, and a big plus for being able to share so many dishes – each served one at a time, allowing us to truly enjoy them at our own pace. The wines were both unique and absolutely delicious, and the pairings with the different dishes were worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We offer our warmest recommendations!”
