We base our menu on seasonal ingredients, offering a dynamic and ever-changing selection. One example is our “Saucisse Bâtard” – a homemade sausage that reflects our ambition to create food that is both flavorful and uncomplicated.

Drawing inspiration from Sweden and the Mediterranean, with touches of Asian cuisine, we take influences from all over the world, unbound by traditional conventions. Our focus is on providing food that is both generous and meticulously crafted, while maintaining a vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of a charcuterie and wine bar.
