Winemaker Visit at Bâtard – Discover Bodegas Alejandro from Alicante

On October 22, we welcome one of Spain’s most exciting wine producers to Bâtard – Bodegas Alejandro from Alicante. Join us for an evening of exceptional wines and gastronomy as we explore the family’s passion, craftsmanship, and distinctive winemaking style, accompanied by a specially curated menu from our kitchen.

Bodegas Alejandro is a young and ambitious wine project founded in 2020 by the Alejandro Pérez family. Despite its short history, the winery has already made a remarkable impression with its wines produced under the name Arbui.

Alejandro Pérez brings extensive experience in crafting exceptional wines from the Monastrell grape. When he took over his family’s land in Alicante, he saw the opportunity to bring his own vision to life – creating expressive, high-quality wines that reflect the region’s unique terroir. Today, the family produces both white and red wines, with a particular focus on Monastrell and the distinctive characteristics of Alicante.

On October 22, we will be joined by Lumi Pérez, the family’s daughter, who will personally guide us through the wines and share the story behind Bodegas Alejandro.

To complement the evening’s wines, Max and his team at Bâtard have created a specially curated menu, with each dish thoughtfully designed to enhance the character of the wines and deliver a complete culinary experience. Expect a true Spanish evening, both in your glass and on your plate.

Throughout the evening, we will have the opportunity to discover wines including Arbui Blanco, Arbui, and Arbui V47 – three wines that showcase the family’s craftsmanship and the exciting wine landscape of Alicante.

Join us at Bâtard for an unforgettable evening where Spanish winemaking passion meets gastronomy in a truly special experience.

Where: Bâtard, Nybrogatan 5, 114 34 Stockholm
When: October 22, from 4:00 PM
With: Lumi Pérez from Bodegas Alejandro
